Thanks, Russ. This afternoon I researched and copied and pasted the embed URLs to a few videos, one for each of the next several days, for my blog. I also did some research to put together another article, but not sure when I'll finish it.

Blessings to you as well!

Thanks for that helpful info.

Friday morning I had no water pressure in my house. I had to go to work, so I had no time to really look into the problem, other than checking the pump house, and everything seemed fine. So all day at work I was worried about it, and I prayed, "Lord, please fix it, " "Lord, please help me," and "Lord, let your will be done about that." Friday night, when I got home, everything was fine, and has been ever since! Praise God! I don't know what the problem was (other than possibly a piece that controls the water pressure may be going bad), but in any case, God answered my prayer. I was so relieved to find it working again Friday night.

At work, I have a book of Bible verses that I try to read in-between phone calls (usually there is 0-3 seconds between calls, so not much time to read much, but still, I do find time now and then), and that has really helped me keep my mind on the Lord and on positive thoughts, when people are cursing at me, blaming me for their problems, angry and upset at the company, etc. Not only that, but the girl on my right has been getting customers screaming at her, calling her all sorts of names, and the girl on my left constantly gets angry at the customers (another girl who used to sit beside me was always yelling at the customers). Especially these past few days or more, the Lord has helped me be nice to the customers, as well as professional, polite and friendly, and I have gotten comments such as, "Thank you for being so nice to me," "This is the best call I have had in years," "Thank you for being so patient with me," "I'm sorry I took my anger out on you," etc. The Lord has really been blessing me. My Pastor told me tonight that he has been praying for me regarding my job, because he knows that I have to talk to angry customers on the phone all day.
