Al Taqiyya

Islam mandates deception [taqiyya] when Muslims deal with non-Muslims. Muslims are allowed to lie to unbelievers if the lie is for the protection of Islam or the furthering of Islamic goals and objectives. In the cause of Islamic expansionism, Muslims falsely inform non-Muslims that: Islam is a "religion of peace", the Quran mandates pluralism of religions, "jihad" is only about an "inner spiritual struggle", unprovoked violence against non-Muslims is un-Islamic, immigrant Muslims wish to fully integrate into Western countries by adopting democratic principles instead of Sharia Law, Muhammad was a man of peace, etc. None of these things are true. Taqiyya is not about truth. Taqiyya is about deception -- lulling Western people into a false sense of security, while, in reality, Islam directs Muslim immigrants to "appear integrated" while actually living as a state-within-a-state...until they take over.

Taqqiyah is the technique of deception to advance the cause of Islam.

It is part of the Jihad strategy of deceiving unbelievers by any means.

Obama's conversion to Christianity as a -- taqqiyah -- which means pious deception, is where he would pretend to be a Christian in order to advance the cause of Islam by way of his political career in the United States.

If Obama is a Muslim believer, his conversion to Christianity fully conforms to the principle of taqqiyah.

"Taqqiyah" is a technique of deception practiced by believing Muslims in order to advance the cause of Islam. It is part of the Jihad strategy based on deceiving unbelievers by any means. Thus exercising "taqqiyah" is considered pious behavior.

Muslims around the world would overwhelmingly see Obama's conversion to Christianity not as a case of "irtidah" (apostasy), but as a case of "taqqiyah" (deception), where Obama pretends to have become a Christian in order to advance the cause of Islam by way of his political career in the U.S.

If Obama were truly a Muslim believer or sympathizer who aspires to the highest office in the U.S., his outwardly conversion to Christianity would fully conform to the principle of "taqqiyah". In fact as a "Trojan Horse" candidate, he would be specifically expected to disguise himself as such. In this context, Muslim leaders would not only fully understand Obama's outwardly conversion, but would also consider him an Islamic hero for doing so in the cause of Islam.

It is important to note that the sincerity of Obama's conversion to Christianity can never be proven, and the possibility that he remains a true believer or sympathizer as to the Islamic cause who is practicing the technique of "taqqiyah", is still a real risk that cannot be discounted.

In this context, one should also not overlook the close relationship and mutual admiration between Black Muslim leader Louis Farrakhan and Pastor Wright, Obama's former spiritual mentor.

"Taqqiyah" is the art of deception used by believing Islamists to further the domain of Islam. As Mo'mad said, "War is deception," which is fitting given how he died between military campaigns. The basic idea is to lie to get what you want. Since the punishment for leaving Islam is death, and since Obama was born Islamic and is therefore an apostate in apparently becoming a Christian, why doesn't the Islamic world seem concerned about Obama as they are when some nobody converts? Could it be they know something Obama's supporters would refuse to believe? The Palestinians seem to think he's their man, so does the Nation of Islam as several of his staffers are NOI members and Louis Farrakhan is another close associate of Obama. If Obama indeed is an Islamic apostate, why do so many in the Muslim world support him, including the most ardent jihadi?

I have heard this from Christian missionaries to Muslims.

Please feel free to post this on thekingpin68 as many are probably not aware of this concept.

This would create interesting possibilities for public persons to deceive.

Feds: Suspect hit beauty stores for bomb supplies
By TOM HAYS and DEVLIN BARRETT Associated Press Writers The Associated Press

NEW YORK (AP) — An Afghan immigrant plotted for more than a year to detonate homemade bombs in the United States, had recently bought bomb-making supplies from beauty supply stores and was looking for "urgent" help in the past two weeks to make explosives, an indictment charged Thursday.

Najibullah Zazi — a 24-year-old airport shuttle driver who authorities said received explosives and weapons training from al-Qaida during a trip to Pakistan last year — was charged in New York with conspiracy to use weapons of mass destruction.

His arrest in Denver a week ago on charges that he lied to terrorism investigators [READ: TAQUIYYA] sparked home and business searches in New York and Denver, as well as a flurry of national warnings of possible bomb attacks on transit, sports and entertainment complexes.

One person on Facebook commented about Muslims, "they can't deal in facts. They must practice diversion, distraction & projection and focus on emotional arguments and circular reasoning because the facts are heavily weighted against them." I have experienced this firsthand in online discussions with Muslims who say things like "Muslims do not commit honor killings" or "Muslims do not kill apostates." One Muslims was a prime example: he refused to answer my questions, and instead started blaming Christians and Jews for everything, and began making up wild untruths about Christians. It reminded me of little kids who say, "I know you are, but what am I?!"

Important terms to know:

Naskh-(abrogation) system of Quranic interpretation where new verses override previous verses.

From the Qur'an:
(An-Nahl 16:101)
And when We change a Verse [of the Qur'ân, i.e. cancel (abrogate) its order] in place of another, and Allâh knows the best of what He sends down, they (the disbelievers) say: "You (O Muhammad ) are but a Muftari! (forger, liar)." Nay, but most of them know not.

(Al-Baqarah 2:106)
Whatever a Verse (revelation) do We abrogate or cause to be forgotten, We bring a better one or similar to it. Know you not that Allâh is able to do all things?

Taqiyya/Kitman- religious deception

From the Qur'an:
(An-Nahl 16:106)
Whoever disbelieved in Allâh after his belief, except him who is forced thereto and whose heart is at rest with Faith but such as open their breasts to disbelief, on them is wrath from Allâh, and theirs will be a great torment.

(Al-Baqarah 2:225)
Allâh will not call you to account for that which is unintentional in your oaths, but He will call you to account for that which your hearts have earned. And Allâh is Oft-Forgiving, Most-Forbearing.

(At-Tahrim 66:2)
Allâh has already ordained for you (O men), the dissolution of your oaths. And Allâh is your Maula (Lord, or Master, or Protector, etc.) and He is the All-Knower, the All-Wise.

From the Hadiths:
Sahih Bukhari Book 52:268,269
Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah's Apostle called,: "War is deceit".
Narrated Jabir bin 'Abdullah: The Prophet said, "War is deceit."

Sahih Bukhari Book 49:857
Narrated Um Kulthum bint Uqba: That she heard Allah's Apostle saying, "He who makes peace between the people by inventing good information or saying good things, is not a liar."

Abrogation

Jeff said...

There is a duality in the Qur'an, almost like there are two Qur'ans. The problem is abrogation, the cancellation of one verse by another. But in truth, abrogation does not cancel or negate the verse, because if the earlier verse was by Allah, then that verse is true because Allah, by definition, cannot tell a lie. So it is contradictory, but both sides of the contradiction are supposed to be true. Therefore, Muslims can hold in their mind two contradictory ideas and accept both of them as true. This explains how Muslims after September 11th were able to say Islam is a peaceful religion.

But if you are a Muslim, you have been trained to accept contradictory facts and so, as a result, these contradictions do not bother you at all---they don't cause you any problem. This dualism runs very deep into the Qur'an. If you arrange it in the right time order (i.e., chronologically; since the Qur'an is arranged from the longest chapters to the shortest chapters and not chronologically), the Qur'an written in Mecca is a radically different Qur'an than the one written in Medina.

Political Vel Craft - Ayatollah Obama Constructively Mocks And Demeans Jesus The Christ: Practices Taqiyya/Kitman – United States Will Always Be The Christian Nation!

There are two forms of lying to non-believers that are permitted under certain circumstances, taqiyya and kitman. One of those circumstances is to gain the trust of non-believers in order to draw out their vulnerability and defeat them.

The Qur’an:

Sura (16:106) – Establishes that there are circumstances that can “compel” a Muslim to tell a lie.

Sura (3:28) – This verse tells Muslims not to take those outside the faith as friends, unless it is to “guard themselves.”

Sura (40:28) – A man is introduced as a believer, but one who must “hide his faith” among those who are not believers.

Kitman comes from the verb katama, which means to hide, to conceal.

Islamic Lying (Taqiyya and Kitman)

From the Qur'an:

Sura (2:225) – “Allah will not call you to account for thoughtlessness in your oaths, but for the intention in your hearts.”

Sura (66:2) – “Allah has already ordained for you, (O men), the dissolution of your oaths.”

From the Hadith:

Bukhari (52:270) – Recounts the murder of a poet, Ka’b bin al-Ashraf, at Muhammad’s insistence. The men who volunteered for the assassination used dishonesty to gain Ka’b’s trust, pretending that they had turned against Muhammad. This drew the victim out of his fortress, whereupon he was brutally slaughtered despite putting up a ferocious struggle for his life.

Muslims are allowed to lie to unbelievers in order to defeat them. The two forms are:

Taqiyya – Saying something that isn’t true.

Kitman – Lying by omission. An example would be when Muslim apologists quote only a fragment of verse 5:32 (that if anyone kills “it shall be as if he had killed all mankind”) while neglecting to mention that the rest of the verse (and the next) mandate murder in undefined cases of “corruption” and “mischief.”

Though not called Taqiyya by name, Muhammad clearly used deception when he signed a 10-year treaty with the Meccans that allowed him access to their city while he secretly prepared his own forces for a takeover. The unsuspecting residents were conquered in easy fashion after he broke the treaty two years later, and many leaders of the city who had trusted him at his word were executed. (See Sura (9:3) – (“…Allah and His Messenger are free from liability to the idolaters…”)

Another example is when Muhammad tricked the leader of an opposing tribe with whom he was not at war to leave his town on the pretext of meeting with him at Medina. Usayr ibn Zarim traveled with thirty men who were unarmed because of Muhammad’s guarantee of safety. They were easily massacred by the prophet’s Muslim assassins.

The 9/11 hijackers practiced deception by going into bars and drinking alcohol, thus throwing off potential suspicion that they were fundamentalists plotting jihad. This effort worked so well, in fact, that even weeks after 9/11 John Walsh, the host of a popular American television show, said that their bar trips were evidence of ‘hypocrisy.’

The near absence of Qur’anic verse and reliable Hadith that encourage truthfulness is somewhat surprising, given that many Muslims are convinced that their religion teaches honesty. In fact, it is because of this ingrained belief that most Muslims are quite honest.

The circumstances by which Muhammad allowed a believer to lie are limited to those that either advance the cause of Islam or enable a Muslim to avoid harm to his well-being (and presumably that of other Muslims as well). Although this should be kept very much in mind when dealing with matters of global security, such as Iran’s nuclear intentions, it is not grounds for assuming that the Muslim one might personally encounter on the street or in the workplace is any less honest than anyone else.

Jeff said...

My understanding is that, overall, Muslims are not permitted to lie, but that there are exceptions that allow lying under certain circumstances, including lying to avoid harm, lying to your wife and others to accomplish the "better good," etc. I am learning about al-Taquiyya and kitman, and I am told that Taquiyya is basically lying for the sake of Islam, and kitman is lying by omission. If I understand it correctly, it seems that these are tools used in Da'wa (Muslim evangelism), and in doing jihad by the pen.

Someone told me that, even Sahih Bukhari, which I'm told is claimed to be second in rank after the Qur'an, states that Muhammad allowed to lie. For example, the following quote:

Sahih Bukhari, vol. 7, Book 67, Hadith 427

'By Allah, and Allah willing, if I take an oath and later find something else that is better than that, then I do what is better and expiate my oath.'

I have also been told that Taqiyya is based on the following Quranic verse:

"Let not the believers Take for friends or helpers Unbelievers rather than believers: if any do that, in nothing will there be help from Allah: except by way of precaution (prevention), that ye may Guard yourselves from them (prevent them from harming you.) But Allah cautions you (To remember) Himself; for the final goal is to Allah." Surah 3: 28

According to this verse, a Muslim can pretend to befriend infidels (in violation of the teachings of Islam) and display adherence with their unbelief to prevent them from harming him. Here we see that Muslims are warned against taking unbelievers as friends, except if it will be beneficial to the Muslims as a way of defending Islam against its perceived enemies or preventing loss or danger from coming upon the Muslim because of his faith. In other words, the end justifies the means. If a Muslim must give the outward appearance of not being a Muslim, or must go against the general principle of not befriending infidels, then this is acceptable under the Taqiyya doctrine. Keep in mind also that what is defined as "good" by the serious Muslim will be anything that aids the spread and eventual triumph of Islam over competing religions and ideologies. As such, this would tend to encourage infiltration of non-Muslim countries and institutions by Muslims who might pretend to support the organizations they join, but who are really working to undermine these for the greater goal of establishing Islam as supreme. Obvious recent examples of this sort of activity would be the misuse of their positions and access to information by Muslim members of America's armed forces, several of whom have been caught and arrested while attempting to pass information along to al-Qaeda and other militant Islamic terrorist organizations.

In contrast to this, the Bible teaches that all lying is a sin.

"But the cowardly, unbelieving, abominable, murderers, sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death." (Revelation 21:8)

When Muslims disagree with a quotation of the Qur'an by a non-Muslim and his interpretation of it, they hide behind the Arabic text of the Qur'an, claiming that the Arabic text does not say that, or it does not mean that in the way in which it is interpreted or understood.
This tactic usually does not work with those who speak Arabic or understand classical Arabic.
However, a lot of Muslim commentators state that one cannot translate the Qur'an, that the Qur'an is only in Arabic, and no translation can fully give us the real understanding.

One then may ask why this Allah revealed such a book in the first place.

The problem is that Islamic ideology speaks with both sides of its mouth. For example, the Qur'an itself claims that it has been revealed in clear Arabic so that you may understand (16:103). But in other places about some of its passages, it states, 'no one knows except Allah' (3:7)

And so the war goes on.

Jeff said...

Many of the Islamic commentaries on the Qur'an and Islamic law from the classical age, and also history books written by Muslims in the first 500 years of Islam on Muhammad's Life, are not translated (from Arabic) into English. Only a few of the works have been translated into English by non-Muslims.

Here is an example of taquiyya:

Imam pleads not guilty to NYC terror charges
By TOM HAYS, Associated Press Writer, The Associated Press
Monday, November 2, 2009 11:49 AM EST

"NEW YORK (AP) — An imam accused of lying to FBI agents investigating an alleged bomb plot against New York City by a suspected al-Qaida associate pleaded not guilty Monday.

"I have nothing to hide," Ahmad Wais Afzali told reporters outside federal court in Brooklyn after his plea.

The 37-year-old Afzali was arrested in September as federal authorities tried to thwart the alleged plot by Najibullah Zazi, a Colorado airport van driver they say received explosives training from al-Qaida on a trip to Pakistan.

Authorities say Zazi conspired to use homemade bombs in a large-scale terror attack, possibly on the city's transit system. Court papers alleged that Zazi bought and tested bomb-making materials in a Denver suburb before traveling by car to New York, all while under FBI surveillance.

After federal authorities alerted the New York Police Department to the possible threat, detectives tried to gather information about Zazi from Afzali, who was an imam in the Queens neighborhood where Zazi once lived. The next day, Afzali called Zazi, telling him, "They asked about you guys," according to court papers.

Through the recorded conversation, the FBI discovered that Zazi "learned directly that the law enforcement officers were tracking his activities," federal prosecutors said in the court papers.

"Zazi ultimately purchased an airline ticket and returned to Denver on Sept. 12," the court papers said.

Over the next few days, heavily armed investigators staged a series of raids in Queens and arrested Zazi, his father and Afzali on initial charges they misled investigators. Prosecutors allege that the imam lied in a statement denying he had tipped off Zazi.

Afzali, who is free on bail, faces up to eight years in prison if convicted of four counts of making false statements. He was ordered to return to court Dec. 11.

Authorities have said the terrorism investigation is still active but haven't announced additional arrests. Zazi has denied any wrongdoing."

The doctrines of Taquiyya and Kitman (deception and concealment of intentions), like many Islamic concepts, were formed within the context of the Arab-Islamic matrix of tribalism, expansionary warfare and conflict. Taquiyya (lying to protect Islam) has been used by Muslims since the 7th century to confuse and split 'the enemy.' A favored tactic has been, and continues to be, 'deceptive triangulation': to persuade the enemy that jihad is not aimed at them, but at another enemy.
