One reason I like Lee Strobel and Josh McDowell is that they don't merely say, "God said it; I believe it; and that's good enough for me." (Which is fine for a Christian talking to another Christian; but to a non-Christian, that sounds ridiculous.) Instead, Strobel and McDowell give reasons behind what they believe.
